Merci ! L'Hémicycle s'est tenu du 25 au 27 mars 2022, au Havre, réunissant des étudiants de l'intégralité des étudiants du Campus Le Havre-Normandie, grâce au parrainage de Madame la Députée Agnès Firmin-Le Bodo et de Monsieur le Sénateur Didier Marie, ainsi que grâce à la coopération de l'Assemblée nationale et du Sénat.
