L'Hémicycle s'est tenu du 25 au 27 mars 2022, au Havre, réunissant des étudiants de l'intégralité des étudiants du Campus Le Havre-Normandie, grâce au parrainage de Madame la Députée Agnès Firmin-Le Bodo et de Monsieur le Sénateur Didier Marie, ainsi que grâce à la coopération de l'Assemblée nationale et du Sénat.

L'Hémicycle was held from March 25 to 27, 2022, in Le Havre, bringing together students from the entire Le Havre-Normandie Campus, thanks to the sponsorship of Mrs. Agnès Firmin-Le Bodo, Member of Parliament, and Mr. Didier Marie, Senator, as well as to the cooperation of the National Assembly and the Senate.
