L'Hémicycle - Modèle des Débats parlementaires
Le règlement de conférence de L'Hémicycle, véritable "constitution" de nos débats, a été élaboré avec le concours de l'Assemblée nationale et du Sénat. Il détaille l'intégralité des procédures de débat et organise l'intégralité de la conférence. Il n'est pas nécessaire aux participants de le lire au préalable car un rappel des procédures aura lieu à la fin de la Cérémonie d'Ouverture.
English version
L'Hémicycle's "conference regulations", true constitution of our debates, was built with the help of the French National Assembly and Senate. It details all debates procedures and serves as basis for the organisation of the whole conference. Participants are not required to read it before the event, as a reminder of the proccedures will take place at the end of the Opening Ceremony.
